NCDAVE: Electronic Birth Registration (EBRS)

In 2024, the North Carolina Office of Vital Records went live with the Electronic Birth Registration System (EBRS) as part of the North Carolina Database Application for Vital Events (NCDAVE) system. NCDAVE EBRS transitioned birth registration to a faster, more secure, web-based application.
