10A NCAC 41H .1201 (Readoption)
In an abundance of caution and to address protective measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, the State Registrar provided notice of a change of procedure for the public hearing on the proposed readoption of 10A NCAC 41H .1201 (see February 17, 2020 notice below). The public hearing was conducted on the same date and at the same time as previously published in the North Carolina Register, but was held by teleconference, instead of being held in person, as follows:

Pursuant to GS 150B-21.3A, Periodic Review and Expiration of Existing Rules, each agency shall conduct a review of its existing rules at least once every 10 years. As a result of this periodic review process, the State Registrar is proposing to readopt 10A NCAC 41H .1201 with non-substantive changes to clarify existing language.

In accordance with G.S. 150B-21.3A(d)(2), no fiscal note was required for this readoption.
Comments are no longer being accepted for this rule. Comments were accepted by email or by mail to Virginia Niehaus, Rulemaking Coordinator, State Registrar, 1931 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1931. Comments were also accepted at the public hearing.
