10A NCAC 41H .1201 (Readoption)

In an abundance of caution and to address protective measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, the State Registrar is providing notice of a change of procedure for the public hearing on the proposed readoption of 10A NCAC 41H .1201 (see February 17, 2020 notice below). The public hearing will still be conducted on the same date and at the same time as previously published in the North Carolina Register, but will be held by teleconference, instead of being held in person, as follows:

February 17, 2020

Pursuant to GS 150B-21.3A, Periodic Review and Expiration of Existing Rules, each agency shall conduct a review of its existing rules at least once every 10 years. As a result of this periodic review process, the State Registrar is proposing to readopt 10A NCAC 41H .1201 with non-substantive changes to clarify existing language.

In accordance with G.S. 150B-21.3A(d)(2), no fiscal note is required for this readoption.

The State Registrar is accepting public comments on the proposed rule from February 17, 2020 – April 17, 2020. A public hearing on the proposed rule is scheduled for Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cardinal Conference Room, located at 5605 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, NC 27609 External link.
